Working at the Downs

• The Human Resources Department is open for applications and other needs from 9AM to 5PM on Monday through Friday.
  
• Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. The Downs is open 365 days a year, 17 hours a day.
• Applications are only accepted in person and may be obtained in the General Office at the south end of the Downs at Albuquerque grandstand. Please, no phone calls.
• A Pre-Employment drug screening is required of all new hires.
  
• Applicants must be able to obtain a New Mexico Gaming Controal Board Work Permit and/or a New Mexico Racing Commission License. Applications for licensing are provided at the time of hire.
